Jacqueline Smart is the voice of the consumer within J. Walter Thompson. As a senior figure within the research industry, Jacqueline has spent her life understanding people and culture. She made the move to agency side in 2001, joining DraftFCB and then M&C Saatchi as Director of Strategy. Since then she has developed the thinking behind some of New Zealand’s biggest brands, including, Ministry of Health, Like Minds Campaign, NTZA, Pak'nSave, New World, Mitre10, Cerebos Greggs, Goodman Fielder, George Weston, Whitcoulls, NZ Police, NZ Fire, ANZ Bank and Qantas. Joining J. Walter Thompson in 2010, Jacqueline ensures that JWT’s strategic heritage remains at the forefront of our approach to all our clients’ business.
